Unique swimming pool experience in historical wine cellars.
During my 12-night stay, the room wasn't cleaned once, leaving me with an unpleasant bathroom odor at night. The staff only changed towels but ignored my requests for more thorough cleaning.

Great location, parking facilities close by, friendly hotel staff at check-in, clean room, full of light, very calm surroundings, while in the middle of the city center (and shopping district). We did not use the gym or pool facilities, so we cannot comment on these.
No ironing board and iron available.

The place was clean, I booked the urban room with urban views, everything was first-class. The hotel was just next door to very close to many Cafes as well as nature thanks to its excellent location. I tried some drinks at bar Cabaret Douze, located 5 minutes walk away...

Great air conditioning helped in the heat. Pool was nice, but cleaning was lacking.

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, very interesting design, we both liked it a lot. Location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. The list of favourite restaurants was helpful.
Sporadic opening times of the reception

Caring staff and ideal location in a quiet area! Just next door to the old bridge, bars, shops and restaurants and the Ikea shop. Nice styled and large unit with double bed, the bathroom, as example.

The Urban Room had a beautiful and spacious design. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The swimming pool in the wine cellars was a unique touch that I thoroughly enjoyed. Communication prior to my stay was straightforward. I also found the room cleaning services lacking , which I hoped would be a bit better for the price I paid. A simple addition like hooks for towels would also enhance the comfort of the room. Despite these minor inconveniences, I appreciate the overall experience and might return for another visit.

The studio apartment was spacious and beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable Auping bed. The location was ideal, with access to a variety of restaurants and attractions. Plus, the indoor pool located in a historical vaulted cellar was a unique bonus!

Neat and huge room with a clean bathroom. A minibar, central heating and TV - very useful. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Nice views, nice pool. Unbeatable, nice location in Maastricht, very close to great bars and resturants in the local area, the Ikea shop, and the Maastricht. Also, close to the center in a nice area.

I like the design, although if somebody does not like white color, it might be a challenge ;) also the localization is great, short walk to the old town
Unfortunately, there was terrible smell on the corridor!!! In the room it was perfectly fine, but getting there was bit difficult. Also, the wifi did not work smoothly all the time, it got broken then worked then broken...

Y'all, that little spot was a gem! The studio apartment was perfect-clean design and outfitted with everything you need to whip up a meal. My partner and I enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool after a long day of exploring. The view from our window was charming, too. Just wish the stairs weren't so steep!

We can live in the studio just as you're living in the city. So, you forget for some moments that you're visiting the city just for a few days - you pay for an appartment and for a life style.
The floor is so white that´s is almost impossible to mantain it clean.

the location was perfect close to shopping and restaurants and we enjoyed the sports facilities especially the warm swimmingpool and also to have access to all the fitness classes. the room was nice and spacious and clean only a little colour on the walls would be nicer, we found it too white! the step to the toilet was dangerous need to access that before somebody breaks his neck.
we found there was a smell on the staircase going up to the room could not figure out what it was and for older people the spiral staircase might be a problem. we missed a telephone in the room
